- Ensure your workers are safe whilst operating their computers by organising an assessment of their workstations – either for an individual worker or a group with instruction provided as well as report outlining recommendations

- Do you need an independent person to investigate your workplace incidents to identify underlying causes and corrective actions required? Investigation will cover what happened, what was in place, what was actually done and how the system can be improved to reduce the risk of repeats.
- Review and development of WHS Policies and procedures
- Are you meeting all your legal and moral obligations to your workers and your ccustomers, is it time to review your current policies and procedures or do you need help with their development in the first place. A customised service to help you produce the policies and procedures in your format and at a level that will be understood and accepted by your workers.
- Conduct of safety audits
- Assess how well your WHS policies and procerdures are being implemented in your workplace and where any deficiences lie. Audits can include desktop audits or documents or complete audit including site visit, interview with relevant managers and workers and assessment of any hazards in the work areas visited.
- Undertaking of task analyses to assist with developing job dictionaries or suitable duties plans
- Opportunity to break down your roles into the physical and psychological demands for communication to treating doctors or prospective employees. Ensure your recruitment and RTW practices are streamlined by clearly outlining the demands of the job and identifying essential criteria.
- Safe work procedure development
- Review existing procedures and/or document new procedures outlining the risks and the controls required whilst documenting the step by step actions required to undertake the task safely.
- Manual handling training
- Half day refresher training or full day training course for workers involved in people handling. Training covers essential areas like risk management as well as practical people handling tasks and is tailored to the manual handling tasks undertaken by your workers. Also able to offer half day training courses for workers in Disability Enterprises.
- WHS Committee training
- A 2 day overview of the WHS legislation and knowledge required by WHS Committee members in order to operate effectively with lots of practical sessions tailored to your workplace needs.
- Manual handling competency assessments
- Onsite assessment of worker competency against safe work procedures in place and basic manual handling skills. Individual worker or group of workers able to be accommodated. Development plan provided based on results.
- Manual handling coaching training
- A two day course providing theory and practical skills for manual handling champions or supervisors who have responsibility for onsite assessment and coaching of staff in safe work procedures.
- WHS legislation training
- Training for managers and/or workers in the WHS legislation as it applies to their roles so they are aware of their legal responsibilities and how to apply these in the workplace.
- WHS Risk Management training
- Customised training for your managers and/or workers on your hazard identification and risk management practices including how to complete required forms and how to implement control measures.
- Temporary/part-time WHS officer service
- Short term projects or relief roles in WHS management to assist your organisation to review/update or cover the role during absences
- Shared RTW Coordinator service
- Do you need support with your injury management practices. Services can include one off advice support for a work-related injury to taking on the RTW Coordinator role for your organisation (note: SIRA will need to approve this arrangement).
