SIRA (State Insurance Regulatory Authority) updated the guidelines for RTW Programs in 2017 and gave employers 2 years to update their RTW Programs in line with these guidelines. The deadline is therefore 31 May 2019. There are workshops being run by Safe Work NSW across NSW to give people information on what is required.
